Citrus Heights man gets 24 years in prison for sexually exploiting teenage neighbor
By Mike Hazlip— A 48-year-old Citrus Heights man was sentenced on Thursday to 24 years in prison for the sexual exploitation of a 13-year-old neighbor, according to a news release by the Department of Justice.
