Citrus Heights parolee arrested after traffic stop uncovers alleged ID theft
Sentinel staff report– Authorities said Wednesday that a 43-year-old woman from Citrus Heights was arrested during a midnight traffic stop in Roseville, after a search of her purse and phone exposed evidence of identity theft.
