    8:21 a.m., Vehicle burglary, Kilarney Ln. A vehicle parked on Kilarney Lane was broken into and credit cards were taken. The cards were later used at the Walmart on Antelope Road. Disposition listed: report taken.

    1:19 p.m., Fraud/forgery, Spring Creek Apartments on Sun Hill Drive. A Citrus Heights resident was contacted by someone claiming to be a casino worker, stating that her friend needed financial help to pay tax on a jackpot that she won in Las Vegas. The scam apparently worked, as the victim sent money via Western Union and later contacted police. Disposition listed: advised.

    7:01 p.m., Grand theft, Sears at Sunrise Mall. A family reportedly stole three shopping carts filled with merchandise from Sears, valued over $1,000. Disposition listed: report taken.

    7:07 p.m., Criminal threats report, Sunrise Blvd. A neighbor reportedly began banging on the door of a home on Sunrise Boulevard, screaming “You guys are dead! You guys are gonners! You guys will not exist!” She also grabbed a wreath and lights off the porch of the home. Disposition listed: advised.

    8:44 a.m., Loitering disturbance, Everlast Professional Dental on Greenback Ln. Police were advised that a man was seen loitering on the side of the building talking on a “fake phone” and yelling and gesturing wildly. His actions were reportedly scaring customers and employees at the dental office. Disposition listed: “gone on arrival.”

    10:17 a.m., Burglary, Cobalt Way. A house on a sidestreet off Auburn Boulevard was broken into and ransacked between 7-10 a.m. The thief reportedly had found a hiding place where the homeowner had stowed jewelry and $8,000 cash. It was unknown how the burglar got into the house. Disposition listed: report taken.

    11:21 a.m., Hit and run, AMPM at Auburn/Greenback. A driver reportedly drove into a gas pump, causing over $500 in damage. A phone number and personal information provided by the driver at the scene was later discovered to be “fake.” Disposition listed: report taken.

    1:47 p.m., Suspicious circumstances, US Bank at Sunrise Mall. A 70-year-old customer reportedly handed an employee an envelope filled with pictures of underage couples kissing. The minors in the photos were described as “not quite nude,” but appeared inappropriate. Disposition listed: report taken.

    12:55 a.m., Intoxicated person, Corner Pocket on Sunrise Blvd. A woman who refused to leave the Corner Pocket sports bar reportedly fell and hit her face on the pavement. She was very drunk, and began yelling at employees and attempting to get back into the business after she was asked to leave. Disposition listed: assisted.

    1:35 a.m., Burglary, Fair Oaks Blvd. An unknown suspect broke into a home on Fair Oaks Boulevard. The homeowner was there at the time, and called the police about five minutes after the incident occurred. The suspect allegedly broke a dining room window to get in and stole a laptop. Disposition listed: report taken.

    9:35 p.m., Brandishing weapon, Fair Oaks Blvd. A man with a gun allegedly threatened to shoot a woman’s boyfriend, before leaving in a red convertible. Disposition listed: arrest.

    10:49 p.m., Assault, Beaupre Way. A woman’s granddaughter got in a fight with her boyfriend, and began to hit and slap him. She also attacked her grandfather, pushing him to the ground and “trying to fight him.” The boyfriend took off on foot and the grandmother contacted police. Medical attention was not required, and no weapons were involved. Disposition listed: assisted.

    Latest local police logs include a caller reporting masked men with machine guns in his house, burglaries at several businesses, a “Geek Squad” truck stolen outside Best Buy, and a homeless woman being arrested after spitting on someone who asked her to leave a shopping center.

    7:15 a.m., Burglary, Cavan Drive. A garage was reportedly broken into on Cavan Drive, resulting in the loss of several thousand dollars worth of tools. The point of entry was unknown. Disposition listed: report taken.

    3:33 p.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Yardgate Wy. A caller told police there were four people with machine guns wearing masks in his house, located on Yardgate Way near Zenith Drive. He said the door was unlocked and the suspects had stolen $1,500 from his wallet, “but don’t know he is there.” Disposition listed: assisted.

    5:09 p.m., Domestic Violence, Woodglen Apartments on Mariposa Ave. A brief log description only stated the caller “says blood everywhere.” Disposition listed: arrest.

    5:23 p.m., Petty Theft, Target on Sunrise Blvd. A woman in her mid-twenties had reportedly used scissors to cut a cell phone cord and conceal it in her backpack. She was heading towards the front door when police were notified. Disposition listed: arrest.

    7:48 p.m., Petty Theft, 99 Cent Store on Greenback Ln. A male and female had reportedly left of foot after stealing merchandise from the 99 Cent Store. Disposition listed: unable to locate.

    1:56 a.m., Burglary, WYF Investments LLC on Auburn Blvd. A lock was cut to the back door of an investments office on the 6300 block of Auburn Boulevard. When the caller went to open the door, voices were heard inside and police were notified. Disposition listed: assisted.

    7:59 a.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Bank Of America on Kingswood Dr. A caller reported that three men were observed at the Bank of America drive-up ATM saying “they are there to swap out machines.” The caller was concerned the men were not wearing any uniforms and did not seem “legitimate.” Disposition listed: checks ok.

    9:56 a.m., Burglary, Harris Industrial Gases on Auburn Blvd. One or more suspects reportedly cut through three fences at Harris Industrial Gases and stole a product from the company’s rear lot. It also appeared access was attempted to be made into the building. Disposition listed: report taken.

    6:35 p.m., Petty Theft, T-Mobile on Greenback Ln. A male suspect in his early 30s reportedly stole a speaker and camera from the T-Mobile store on Greenback Lane. Disposition listed: report taken.

    8:58 p.m. Disturbance Verbal, Auburn Blvd. A transient was reportedly banging on windows and yelling at customers in front of a business on Auburn Boulevard. Disposition listed: advised.

    11:06 p.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Kingsmen Ave. A neighbor confronted a man in his late 40s who had reportedly tried to break into his neighbor’s vehicle. The suspect “became verbal” when confronted and then left on foot, pulling a trash can. Disposition listed: arrest.

    8:58 a.m., Petty theft, Longford Drive. A man reported that his sister and her boyfriend, whom he previously had evicted, kept returning to his apartment to steal his clothes. Disposition listed: “gone on arrival.”

    9:43 a.m., Verbal disturbance, Sunrise/Madison. A man driving a white Jeep got out and punched the window of another vehicle and threatened the driver, yelling that he had a gun. He also displayed a magazine from a firearm. Disposition listed: advised.

    10:48 a.m., Suspicious circumstances, O’Reilly’s Auto Parts on Antelope Road. A homeless man was seen riding a cruiser bike, which was suspected to be stolen. The report was made by someone who had seen the bike on Facebook and recognized it. Disposition listed: arrest.

    9:10 p.m., Verbal disturbance, Walmart Market on Sunrise Boulevard. Two customers in their 20s were “screaming at staff” inside the Walmart Market on Sunrise Boulevard and causing a disturbance. Disposition listed: advised.

    8:19 a.m., Suspicious circumstances, Greenback/Arcadia. A woman reportedly threw a cat out of the window of her car while driving on Fair Oaks Boulevard, headed towards Greenback Lane. She was driving a silver Subaru Outback. Disposition listed: “unable to locate.”

    4:10 p.m., Reckless driving, Fair Oaks/Oak. A driver reportedly ran two stop signs and “drove in the opposite direction” near Fair Oaks Boulevard and Oak Avenue. Another driver who almost got hit took a photo of the vehicle, but the driver then got out of his car and threatened him to a fight, snapping photos of him in return. The reckless driver was driving a red Ford Explorer and was described as being in his 20s. Disposition listed: advised.

    1:19 p.m., Robbery, Auburn Boulevard/Van Maren Lane. A woman told police she had been beaten and robbed by an unknown man over the weekend. He allegedly backhanded her, then took her purse and phone. He was described as being in his 20s or 30s and was wearing a black sweatshirt at the time of the incident. Disposition listed: “unable to locate.”

    5:06 p.m., Intoxicated person, Walgreens at Antelope/Sunrise. A man appeared to be intoxicated and was seen kicking a trash can and “waving a stick around” at Walgreens. Disposition listed: “gone on arrival.”

She was described as being in her early twenties, with brown hair and no shoes on. She reportedly had set her shoes at the apartment’s front door. The resident requested police show her on her way.     12:40 p.m., Robbery, Walgreen’s- Greenback Lane on Dewey Drive. Police were advised that a man had just robbed the pharmacy at the Walgreens store at Greenback Lane and Dewey Drive. A hoodie was covering his face during the robbery, so little description was provided. Disposition listed: assisted.

    2:38 p.m., Grand theft, Basalt Court. Police were advised by a caller that their grandparents’ gun safe had been broken into on Basalt Court, near C-bar-C Park. All of the guns had been stolen. Possible suspect information was available. Disposition listed: report taken.

    2:42 p.m., Loitering disturbance, Citrus Town Center on Greenback Lane. A transient man was escorted out of the Citrus Town Center when he was seen carrying an uncovered hatchet on his hip. He reportedly stated that he had stolen items on him. Disposition listed: “unable to locate.”

    2:49 p.m., Assault, Greenback Lane. A man in a silver pickup truck was reportedly being assaulted by a woman who was “yanking” on him through the open driver’s side window. The man began yelling during the incident. Disposition listed: “Domestic violence, verbal only.”

    4:07 p.m., City Code Violation, Rusch House on Antelope Rd. An ongoing issue was reported involving a “mobile food kitchen being set up at the park to feed and clothe the transient population.” It was reportedly occurring every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 3:30 p.m., with additional people arriving to provide clothing and set up tables.     8:25 p.m., Verbal disturbance, Butternut Drive. A couple who had broken off a relationship got into a heated argument, during which the man reportedly “sprayed whipped cream” on his former lover, before running outside. A description of the man and an associated vehicle was provided. Disposition listed: advised.

    11:32 p.m., Domestic violence, Huntington Square Apartments Office on Huntington Square Ln. A 20-year-old man reported that his girlfriend had punched him in the face four times. He declined medical attention, but reportedly had a swollen eye and scratches on his face. Disposition listed: “refer other agency.”

    9:21 p.m., Suspicious circumstances, Auburn Woods Drive. A caller told police they had received five phone calls from the same man within half an hour. A voice message was also left which had a little girl in the background asking, “who are you?” Police were advised that the child may have been with a man she didn’t know.     4:41 a.m., Criminal threats report, Sierra Ridge Apartments on Auburn Oaks Ct. Police were notified by a caller about a loud party at the Sierra Ridge Apartments which reportedly involved heavy drinking and drug use. After police had left, the caller said party-goers blamed him for calling police and said they were “getting weapons to kill him and his son.” Disposition listed: advised.

    8:31 a.m., BOLO (Be on the Lookout), Greenback Lane. A man, woman, and possibly a baby were reportedly living in a car, with their belongings spread out along a walkway at an unspecified location on Greenback Lane. The man had previously been served a trespassing notice. Disposition listed: advised.

    1:14 p.m., Grand theft, Red Maple Way. A woman on Red Maple Way, off Woodmore Oaks Drive, told the police that a moving company had stolen all of her belongings. The company had reportedly failed to deliver her items and was refusing to speak to her after she called them multiple times. Disposition listed: advised.

    6:35 p.m., Vandalism, Sunrise/Old Auburn. A motorcycle rider punched a car mirror as he drove by, shattering the glass. He was reportedly splitting lanes but didn’t have enough room to squeeze between vehicles. The motorcycle was described as a dark-colored Harley Davidson with Nevada plates.     3:45 p.m., Homeless Camp, Antelope/Auburn. A homeless camp near Antelope Road and Auburn Boulevard had reportedly been posted for over 72 hours but was still occupied by two people. The pair were seen inside some kind of “fort type structure” they had created. Disposition listed: checks ok.

Four phones valued over $1,000 were reportedly taken from Verizon Wireless by two unknown suspects who fled on foot. The store said video surveillance was available, as well as EIN numbers for each phone. Disposition listed: canceled.

    8:26 p.m., Assault, Walmart on Auburn Boulevard. A mother reportedly slapped her 18-year-old daughter, who then punched her in the face, splitting her eye open. The mother, who called police, said she did not wish to press charges. Disposition listed: advised.

    8:20 a.m., Disturbance Loitering, Auburn/Creekbed. A homeless man was seen talking to himself with his belongings spread out on the sidewalk. The back of his pants were reportedly completely open, leaving “his buttocks exposed.” According to a witness, the man was known to sleep near the Creekside Apartment Complex. Disposition listed: “gone on arrival.”

    11:19 a.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Summer Rain Way. A lawn maintenance worker alleged that a tenant on Summer Rain Way, off Dewey Drive, had put “live bullets and knives in the lawn.” The maintenance worker said the tenant didn’t like him and he believed the items were placed in the lawn so he “will not see them and run them over with the lawn mower.” Disposition listed: canceled.

    1:05 p.m., Petty theft, Marshalls on Greenback Lane. Four Michael Kors purses of an unreported value were stolen from the Marshalls store on Greenback Lane. Two female suspects were seen leaving in a green Honda Accord, headed towards Sunrise Bouelvard. The store had video surveillance of the suspects. Disposition listed: advised.

    3:12 p.m., Grand theft, Oakberry Way. About $10,000 of jewelry was reported missing from a residence on Oakberry Way, near Rollingwood Boulevard. Over 40 pieces of jewelry were involved in the theft. Information on a potential suspect was available. Disposition listed: advised.

    6:20 a.m., Vehicle burglary, Gerard Way. An unknown suspect reportedly broke into a Toyota 4Runner parked in the driveway of a home on Gerard Way around 4 a.m., making off with the owner’s work laptop, leather laptop bag, watch, and some cash. Forced entry had been made through the front passenger door. Disposition listed: assisted.

    11:19 a.m., Driving under the influence, Auburn/Antelope. A driver in a white Honda Fit was reportedly seen “drinking scotch from a shot glass” while driving on Auburn Boulevard. He also was allegedly seen pouring more alcohol into the glass at a red light. The driver was described as being in his 50’s, and the vehicle reportedly had an advertisement for a plumbing company on the side. Disposition listed: “unable to locate.”

    3:44 p.m., Petty theft, Macy’s at Sunrise Mall. A woman reportedly took eight pairs of Lens Crafters glasses frames worth a total of $1,000 from the Macy’s store at Sunrise Mall. The incident had occurred the previous day, around 4:30 p.m. Disposition listed: report taken.

  • 2017 Citrus Heights Police Logs: reckless driving, threats, homeless trouble

    Latest police logs include reports of an elderly woman driving recklessly on Sunrise Boulevard, an upset customer challenging a Walgreens employee to a fight over a store policy, and a married couple receiving a death threat if they didn’t provide $10,000 to an unknown caller.

    The following is a summary of select incidents listed in the Citrus Heights Police Department’s daily incident bulletins for October 26.

    October 26, 2017: Total of 93 incidents listed.
    Incident report categories of note: 22 disturbance-related, 10 homeless-related, 4 burglaries, 3 petty thefts, 6 assault reports, and 13 collisions.

    8:59 a.m., Disturbance Loitering, First Choice Realty on Auburn Blvd. A person was found sleeping in front of the First Choice Realty building on the 7600 block of Auburn Blvd. The caller did not feel comfortable trying to wake the person up, so police were called. Disposition listed: arrest.

    11:39 a.m., Assault,  Mesa Verde High School on Carriage Drive. Two parents had reportedly gotten into a “physical altercation” in the parking lot outside Mesa Verde High School. The reason for the altercation was not listed, but the two parties had been separated by the time police were called. Disposition listed: report taken.

    1:32 p.m., Reckless Driving, Sunrise/Alta Sunrise. An elderly woman driving along northbound Sunrise Boulevard had reportedly “almost hit” five vehicles and was unable to maintain lanes, “driving on and over lane by three to five feet.” Disposition listed: advised.

    2:29 p.m., Disturbance Verbal, Walgreens at Greenback/Dewey. A customer reportedly got mad at a Walgreens employee after being asked to leave his backpack in front of the store while shopping. The customer then started yelling and asked the employee to “come outside to fight.” Disposition listed: arrest.

    3:12 p.m., Injury Collision, AMPM at Auburn/Greenback. A three car collision was reported near the corner of Auburn Boulevard and Greenback Lane, allegedly involving a Ford van that collided with a PT Cruiser and a 2014 Lexus vehicle. The parties involved were in the parking lot of the AMPM gas station at the corner. Metro Fire was also dispatched as a precaution due to one party hitting their head and chest. Disposition listed: advised.

    4:24 p.m., Criminal Threats Report, Olivine Ave. A husband and wife reported receiving a call from an unknown person who threatened to harm them if they didn’t “make arrangements to give him money.” The unknown person reportedly had information about their vehicle, address, account information, and even some details about the layout of the inside of their home. He told them he would call back in 10 minutes in order to make arrangements to get $10,000 from them “or else he would be on the way to the home to kill them.” Disposition listed: assisted.

    5:02 p.m., Fraud/Forgery, Walmart on Auburn Blvd. Police were advised by a woman that she had lost her phone at Walmart and someone subsequently changed all her account information and had used a fake check to take money out of her bank account. Disposition: “on line report.”

    5:09 p.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Crosswoods Community Park on Auburn Blvd. Several juveniles told a caller that homeless people in the area were harassing them. The caller was then approached by a homeless person who said the juveniles had “started one of the bunnies on fire.” Disposition listed: checks ok.

    7:03 p.m., Homeless Camp, Sidney Drive. Police were advised by a resident that several homeless tents or tree houses were set up that overlooked their backyard. The owner was reportedly aware of the homeless camp but refused to do anything. Disposition listed: checks ok.

    9:08 p.m., Petty Theft, Farmer Country Market on Greenback Ln., Citrus Heights. A thief allegedly made off with some candy and other items from the Farmer Country Market on the 7600 block Greenback Lane. The suspect was described as a female wearing a pink shirt, who fled on foot towards San Juan High School. Disposition listed: Advised.

    Latest Citrus Heights police logs include an attempted robbery of a woman in the Safeway parking lot, trouble with an ex-girlfriend’s son pouring urine on a vehicle seat, an arrest made related to a stolen vehicle at Auburn Boulevard and Greenback Lane, and a woman throwing rocks at vehicles near Old Auburn Road.

    8:03 a.m., Burglary Vehicle, Somersworth Dr. A caller told police his ex-girlfriend’s son had pried open a vehicle door and “poured urine on the seat.” Video of the incident was reportedly available. Disposition listed: advised.

    8:21 a.m., Disturbance Loitering, Sonny’s Hair & Nail Salon on Greenback Ln. An ongoing issue was reported to police that involved five transients with a dog behind the nail salon. Disposition listed: arrest.

    3:30 p.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Bubbies Love Bistro on Sunrise Blvd. A male caller reportedly phoned the restaurant, said “Heil Hitler,” and then hung up. The restaurant is known for its Jewish and kosher-style foods. Disposition listed: advised.

    7:56 p.m., Stolen Vehicle, Auburn/Greenback. An arrest was made following an incident involving a stolen vehicle at Auburn Boulevard and Greenback Lane. No other information was included in the police log.

    1:34 p.m., Assault with a Weapon, Old Auburn/Sylvan. A woman was reportedly standing in the median and was “throwing rocks and passing motorists and yelling at passersby.” Disposition listed: checks ok.

    7:45 p.m., Burglary, Brockwood Wy. A burglary occurred at a residence between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Oct. 24, reportedly resulting in the loss an electronic face scrub brush, three pairs of shoes and a bag of hats. Entry appeared to have been made through a bathroom window. Disposition listed: report taken.

    11:17 p.m., Driving Under the Influence, Walgreens at Greenback/Dewey. A suspected DUI driver had pulled into the parking lot of Walgreens and had “fresh damage” to her vehicle. She had reportedly been driving on Dewey Drive on the wrong side of the road. Disposition listed: arrest.

    12:22 a.m., Robbery, Safeway on Greenback Ln. An unknown man reportedly approached a woman in the Safeway parking lot and asked to use her phone. After she told him to use the phone inside Safeway, he then “pulled out a knife and demanded her phone and debit card.” The man ended up fleeing without taking any items. Disposition listed: report taken.

    3:33 p.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Slippery Creek Ln. A caller reported seeing a man park a vehicle near Slippery Creek Lane, behind Grocery Outlet, and meet another man who appeared out of the greenbelt area. The men then went back into a “bushy area” where the caller said they were “engaging in sexual acts.” Although no acts were actually seen, the caller said he was sure of the activity due to a “history of sexual intercourse” in the area. Disposition listed: unable to locate.

    8:45 p.m., Illegal Dumping, Sperry/La Luna. Several people in a Chevy pickup truck were reportedly dumping couches on the street when confronted by a resident. They were “reloading it back up,” when police were notified. Disposition: Checks Ok.

  • 2017 Citrus Heights Police Logs: machine gun, stolen steak, grand theft

    Latest Citrus Heights police logs include a neighbor reportedly constructing a 50-caliber “machine gun mount,” grand theft at Harris Gas on Auburn Boulevard, a 12-year-old boy arrested for vandalism, and a pair of thieves caught stealing $500 worth of steaks from Food Maxx.

Police were advised that some video of the suspect was recorded. Disposition listed: report taken.

    8:37 p.m., Brandishing weapon, Lialana Way. A man was approached by a stranger who allegedly pulled a gun on him and “told him he could shoot him and walked away.” The incident occurred on Lialana Way, off Sayonara Drive. Disposition listed: report taken.

    10:14 p.m., Domestic violence, Salishan Apartments on Kilarney Lane. A man was seen walking around the Salishan Apartment complex wearing only his underwear and yelling at a woman in a black Nissan Altima. It was suspected that he was on drugs at the time. Disposition listed: report taken.

    2:53 p.m., Vandalism, Westbrook Drive. A 12-year-old boy was arrested after a neighbor caught him spray painting a woman’s car. The juvenile reportedly had gotten into a fight with the woman’s 13-year-old daughter the prior day. Disposition listed: arrest.

    4:23 p.m., Criminal threats report, Wells Avenue. A man driving a gold Toyota arrived at a home on Wells Avenue and reportedly told the resident, “I could have killed you right now, boom, boom, boom.” The threat was accompanied by hand gestures representing a gun, though no weapon was seen. Disposition listed: advised.

    4:49 p.m., Robbery, Raley’s on Lichen Drive. Raley’s reported ongoing problems with transients trying to steal the store’s shopping carts, with a most recent incident involving a woman ramming a cart into the store’s manager. The manager was reportedly uninjured by the shopping cart, as he declined medical attention. Disposition listed: “due diligence.”

    5:24 a.m., Burglary, Jehovah’s Witness on Sylvan Road. Several hundred dollars worth of tools were reportedly stolen from a shed at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Sylvan Road.  The skylight of one of the sheds had been removed and the door had been broken through. Disposition listed: report taken.

    11:14 a.m., Suspicious circumstances, Farmgate Way. A resident on Farmgate Way, off Mariposa Avenue, reported that a neighbor had been “creating a machine gun mount.” The mount was usually left empty, but the neighbor had reportedly seen it with “a 50 caliber mounted today.” Disposition listed: advised.

    11:23 a.m., Petty theft, Food Maxx on Sunrise Boulevard. Two men were seen inside Food Maxx allegedly stealing $500 worth of steak. The manager told the police he thought they had a gun, although no weapon was seen. Disposition listed: advised.

    11:21 a.m., Burglary, Oak Grove Ave. An unknown person broke through a lock and entered a home on Oak Grove Avenue. Although nothing was reported missing, a bathroom mirror was shattered and a hole was cut through a wall. Disposition listed: advised.

    12:19 p.m., Suspicious circumstances, Farmgate/Westgate. Three teenagers were seen running on Farmgate Way, one of whom was “holding branches of freshly cut marijuana” and a black trash bag. The other two were riding Razor scooters. Disposition listed: “unable to locate.”

    10:23 p.m., Brandishing weapon, Pho Saigon Palace on Greenback Lane. A security guard told a transient man to leave the Pho Saigon Palace restaurant and threatened to pepper spray him when he became aggressive. The transient then allegedly pulled out a knife and waved it at the guard, who retreated back to his car. Disposition listed: assisted.

    October 8, 2017: Total of 51 incidents listed.

    12:26 p.m., Vehicle burglary, Walmart on Auburn Blvd. Two cameras worth approximately $1,600 were stolen from a silver 2008 Toyota Tacoma, parked just 10 spaces from the entrance to Walmart. The break-in, which occurred on Sept. 30, also resulted in several credit cards being taken. The owner of the vehicle requested video surveillance recordings from Walmart. Disposition listed: advised.

    7:58 p.m., Assault, Legacy Park Apartments on Sunrise East Way. A woman called police after her 16-year-old daughter reportedly punched her and tried to break a mirror with her feet. The girl was also seen smoking marijuana three hours before the time of the report. The caller said she wanted to press charges. Disposition listed: cancelled.

    5:17 a.m., Verbal disturbance, Salishan Apartments on Patricks Lane. A man at the apartments reportedly began “threatening to kill his neighbors” and was ramming his truck into electric metal gates in front of the complex. He also pushed another man. Disposition listed: “gone on arrival.”

    10:15 a.m., Suspicious circumstances, Glen Eva Way. A man told the police he had information on the “Vegas incident,” apparently referencing the recent deadly shooting in Las Vegas. He told police he had a note with names and license plates written on it. Disposition listed: advised.

    2:05 p.m., Fraud/forgery, Mauana Way. A woman purchased $1,300 worth of medication over the internet, and when it didn’t help her she requested a refund. The seller told her that she would have to send them an additional $950 through Western Union before they could refund. After sending the additional money, they stopped answering her calls. Disposition listed: report taken.

    7:13 p.m., Suspicious vehicle, San Simeon/Mariposa. Two men were seen driving up and down San Simeon several times, one of whom reportedly “lifted a handgun to show people that they were driving by that they have a gun.” At the time, there were several children playing outside and a few homeowners were in their garages with their doors open.
