Sentinel staff report–
A new 30-question survey from the Sacramento Public Library seeks input from the public as the library system develops a five-year strategic plan.
Questions ask which library locations are most-frequented by respondents, as well as asking several questions that request sliding-scale responses for how satisfied respondents are with the library’s books, technology, services and online resources.
Several questions ask respondents if they are familiar with various services, classes and resources offered by the library. Survey takers will also find questions about how important they rank issues like climate change, homelessness, and social justice.
Eight questions at the conclusion of the survey ask demographic information about respondents. A notice on the survey says all questions are optional and are able to be skipped.
