The City of Citrus Heights will host the second of three neighborhood social events this Wednesday, offering free ice cream and a chance to connect with neighbors.
The event will be held from 6:30-8 p.m. on Aug. 16 at the Sylvan Community Center at 7521 Community Drive. Residents are invited to “connect, learn about ways to chip-in to their community and meet local neighborhood area members,” according to the city’s website.
A prior event was held July 19 at the Greenback Greenspace, located on Greenback Lane between Parkoaks Drive and Oakside Drive. The final event is slated for Sept. 20 at Westwood Park, also from 6:30-8 p.m.
