The City of Citrus Heights will host its annual tree lighting this Tuesday.
The event will be held outside City Hall from 6-8:30 p.m., on Dec. 6, 2022. Festivities will feature train rides, a craft table, a decorated forest of trees, and visits with Santa. The Citrus Heights Community Marching Band will also be providing live holiday music.
The event traditionally features a countdown leading up to the lighting of the tree. According to the city’s website, hot cocoa and cookies will also be served during the event, with participation from various Citrus Heights neighborhood associations.
City Hall is located at 6360 Fountain Square Drive.
