In a social media post, Lincoln Police identified the man as Robert Ryan and said an officer had contacted him “in a parked vehicle” on the 900 block of Groveland Lane, located about a quarter-mile off the Ferrari Ranch Road exit on Highway 65.

A subsequent parole search of the vehicle found heroin, methamphetamine, a digital scale, more than 100 plastic baggies, and a meth pipe, police said.

Ryan was booked into the South Placer Jail and is ineligible for bail. He is charged with possession for sale of heroin and methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violating parole, according to police.
