Citrus Heights launches new survey platform for resident feedback

By Rylie Friesen–
The City of Citrus Heights has launched a new survey platform called FlashVote which lets residents weigh in on local matters.

“Our hope is that we will get feedback from as many residents as possible,” said Meghan Huber, Economic Development and Communications Manager for the City of Citrus Heights. “The surveys are easy and quick… The information we’re gathering will provide valuable insight for our officials and staff.”

The surveys will contain five questions or less and will cover topics like COVID-19, city services, budget and recovery, according to an email from the city’s communications officer.

When signing up for a FlashVote account, residents are given the option of being updated through email, phone call, or text. Notifications will be sent out each time there is a new city survey.

Anyone who responded will be sent the final results, and will be able to see how their response compared with others.

Residents can sign up by visiting FlashVote.com/CitrusHeights.
