Citrus Heights gym sued for nearly $100k in back-rent, other charges
The Sacramento Business Journal reported Monday that Crunch Fitness in Citrus Heights allegedly hasn’t paid rent and other charges totaling $97,790, according to a complaint filed in Sacramento County Superior Court this month. (See article)
COVID-19 cases rise to 127 in Citrus Heights
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Citrus Heights rose to 127 on Friday, an increase of 13 cases over the past week. The city had previously seen increases of about one new positive case per day, according to data released by the Sacramento County Public Health department. New cases and hospitalizations have also seen a more rapid rise countywide, although related deaths have not seen a similar increase. (See county health data)

“Merman Mike,” a diver from Citrus Heights who specializes in finding lost items, was featured on CBS 13 this week after finding a $17,000 ring in the Sacramento River. (See video below)
