A free business workshop, “Market Research for Business Startups,” will be held Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019, from 10 a.m. to noon at RMCI Executive Suites, 7921 Kingswood Drive, Suite A4, in Citrus Heights.
The workshop is sponsored by the Small Business Development Center Capital Region which says attendees will learn about open source marketing tools that help business owners develop and retain customers by learning about customer behavior online.
Business owners are invited to discover how their target market behaves online and apply techniques to help start interacting with customers more effectively.
