Sentinel staff report–
The regularly scheduled Aug. 22, 2019, City Council meeting in Citrus Heights will not take place.
A notice of cancellation was posted on the city’s website on Aug. 14, following the City Council’s first meeting in August, where the council was advised that city staff did not have any upcoming agenda items to necessitate a second meeting in August.
Council meetings are regularly scheduled for the second and fourth Thursday of each month. The council’s next meeting is scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2019, in the council chambers at 6360 Fountain Square Drive.
