Median rent price for 2-bedroom home in Citrus Heights now $1,420/mo
A rental report issued this month from ApartmentList.com shows median rental prices have risen to $1,120 for a one-bedroom and $1,420/mo. for a two-bedroom rental. In February, the report found median rent was slightly lower, at $1,110 for a one-bedroom and $1,410 for a two-bedroom. (See report)
Obituary: Arthur Delorence Bates (1924-2019)
Longtime Citrus Heights resident and World War II veteran Arthur D. Bates passed away at age 95, according to an obituary published in The Sacramento Bee on June 9, 2019. Bates served in the Marines during the second world war and later settled in Citrus Heights in 1962, where he raised his family. (See full obituary)

Lifelong Citrus Heights resident and San Juan High School graduate Velda M. Pulse passed away at age 80 on June 3, 2019. An obituary published in The Sacramento Bee last week said she “was the happiest when family gathered together.” (See full obituary)
