The Citrus Town Center at the corner of Greenback Lane and Sunrise Boulevard will be kicking off its annual outdoor activities with a Spring Celebration this Saturday, promising fun for the whole family.
The event will be held on April 20, from 1-3 p.m. and will feature train rides, entertainment, caricatures, prizes and giveaways, according to an event promotional on the town center’s website.
The two-hour afternoon event is one of many activities the Citrus Town Center sponsors throughout the year, which typically include summer outdoor movie showings and other family events.
The shopping center was remodeled and re-branded in 2011, and was formerly known as the Sunrise Festival Shopping Center. Stores at the center include Sprout’s, Marshall’s, Panera Bread and Half Price Books.
