2:28 a.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Rowan Wy. A caller told police that a “naked male” was inside their house and was “asleep in his bed completely naked.” No further information was provided in the log. Disposition listed: report taken.
3:43 p.m., Robbery, Wells Fargo on Lichen Dr. Police responded to a call of a bank robbery at the Wells Fargo inside Raley’s on Lichen Drive. The suspect reportedly “passed a note and took it back with him.” He was described as a white male adult, approximately 6-feet-2-inches in height, 160 pounds, and wearing a black cap and a dark blue long-sleeve dress shirt. Disposition listed: assisted.
4:15 p.m., Disturbance Verbal, City Hall on Fountain Square Dr. A woman was reportedly causing some kind of disturbance inside the city hall lobby. Police were advised there had been a prior restraining order against her, but it was believed to have expired. Disposition listed: assisted.
5:52 p.m., Suspicious Circumstances, Safeway on Greenback Ln. Police were contacted after a man tried to “fist bump” a child inside the Safeway store, which scared the girl and her mother. The man, described as being in his 20s to 30s, allegedly approached other children trying to do the same thing, before leaving the store. Disposition listed: advised.
6:22 p.m., Petty Theft, Sunrise Blvd. Two teens were reportedly caught on video stealing one or more packages from a front door on Sunrise Boulevard. The suspects were described as a male and female, age 15-19, with the male wearing a red hat and backpack, and the female wearing a red shirt and blue shorts, carrying a white bag. Disposition listed: report taken.
8:32 p.m., Burglary Vehicle, C-Bar-C Park on Oak Ave. A caller told police he had been arrested earlier in the day and had returned to his vehicle only to find it had been burglarized, with all of his belongings stolen. Disposition listed: assisted.
8:55 p.m., Suspicious Circumstances, KM Dance Arts Studio on San Juan Ave. An arrest was made after police were notified that a 20-year-old man, who appeared to be high or drunk, was pacing in front of the dance studio and “looking in the windows at the girls dancing.” The caller advised police that the kids at the studio were scheduled to get out of class shortly and they were afraid he was “waiting to watch girls.” Disposition listed: arrest.
9:17 p.m., Assault, 24 Hour Fitness on Auburn Blvd. Police were contacted regarding a fight that occurred at the fitness center, which left “blood all over the ground.” Although the fight had abated, the caller said both parties involved were still outside. Disposition listed: unable to locate.
10:06 p.m., Burglary, Viceroy Wy. A woman told police she came home to find that an unknown suspect had entered her residence through an unlocked back door and stolen a checkbook, identification paperwork, and other items from her bedroom. The incident occurred on Viceroy Way, located near the Marketplace at Birdcage. Disposition listed: report taken.
10:15 p.m., DUI, Madison/Sunrise. A baby blue Honda CRV was reportedly observed driving “over 110 MPH” near Madison Avenue and Sunrise Boulevard. The license plate was unknown. Disposition listed: unable to locate.
