Surveillance video shows elderly woman knocked over by fleeing suspect

Dramatic surveillance video released by Citrus Heights police on Thursday shows an 86-year-old woman being knocked flat on her back by one of three fleeing suspects who are accused of robbing a local Rite Aid pharmacy on Nov. 27, 2017.

Police said the woman was knocked unconscious and had no pulse when first-responders arrived to the scene. She was transported to a local hospital and is currently listed in critical condition.
