The Sentinel has obtained these three renderings of the proposed new ARCO gas station and car wash at the corner of Sunrise Boulevard and Sungarden Drive. Images were provided by Barghausen Consulting, which is listed as the applicant for the project.
Since being proposed last October, the ARCO project has faced vocal opposition from residents who say they don’t believe the gas station is proposed in an appropriate spot, citing homes being located across the street on Sungarden Drive.
