Dec. 1st: Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at city hall, 6:30 p.m.

Dec. 2-4th: “Bethlehem Village” outside Sunrise Community Church, 6-8:30 p.m.

Dec. 5th: Residents’ Empowerment Association of Citrus Heights meeting at city hall, 6:30 p.m.

Dec. 6th: “Finding Dory” movie showing at Sylvan Oaks Library, 6 p.m.

Dec. 8th: Reception honoring Councilwoman Sue Frost and outgoing Supervisor Roberta MacGlashan at city hall, 6 p.m.

Dec. 9th: “Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Story” movie showing at Sylvan Oaks Library, 1:30 p.m.

Dec. 10th: Holiday Open House festivities at Citrus Town Center, 12-2 p.m.

Dec. 12th: Deadline to apply for city boards and commissions

Dec. 13th: Citrus Heights Water District board meeting at 6230 Sylvan Rd.

Dec. 17th: “Brunch With Santa” at Rusch Park, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Dec. 19th: Donation drop-off deadline for CHPD’s Holiday Referral Program

Dec. 23rd: BloodSource blood drive at Sunrise Mall, 12-6 p.m.

Dec. 23-26th: City hall closed

Dec. 29th: Community Blood Drive at Century 16 Greenback Theatre, 12:30-4:30 p.m.
