Latest Citrus Heights police logs in April include transient trouble, reports of a wife slashing her husband’s neck, and a robber spraying mace on customers as he made his exit.
The following is a summary of select incidents listed in the Citrus Heights Police Department’s daily incident bulletins, from April 11 to April 13, 2016.
April 11, 2016: Total of 60 incidents listed.
Incident report categories of note: 15 disturbance-related, 8 homeless-related, 4 burglaries, 7 assault reports, 2 petty thefts, 3 stolen vehicle report.
5:08 a.m., Vehicle burglary, Montage Apartments. A caller reported seeing someone on a bike break into two Toyota Corollas and a grey truck. The suspect was wearing a black hoodie and backpack.
6:26 p.m., Assault with a weapon, Adobe Casa Ct. A female on scene reportedly cut her husband’s neck with a knife. No other details were listed.
April 12, 2016: Total of 48 incidents listed.
Incident report categories of note: 19 disturbance-related, 7 homeless-related, 2 burglaries, 3 petty thefts, 1 assault reports, 0 stolen vehicles reported.
11:56 a.m., Injury collision, Maidstone/Fleetwood. A caller reported that a biker had been hit by a vehicle on Maidstone Way and Fleetwood Drive. The biker was reportedly scraped up, but declined an ambulance when asked by the caller.
3:02 p.m., Assault, Misty Creek/Navion. A caller reportedly passed out after being “hit in the face” by an unknown party on Misty Creek Drive and Navion Drive. A description of the 45-year-old male suspect was provided. The caller declined medical.
4:00 p.m., Robbery, Michael’s. A robbery was reported at Michael’s on Birdcage Center Lane, with the suspect allegedly spraying mace on a clerk and several customers as he left the store.
April 13, 2016: Total of 49 incidents listed.
Incident report categories of note: 18 disturbance-related, 5 homeless-related, 2 burglaries, 6 petty thefts, 3 assault reports, 3 stolen vehicle reports.
3:26 p.m., Petty theft, Sunrise Mall. An iPad was reported stolen from the AT&T store at Sunrise Mall around noon. The caller advised that the male suspect was recorded on video surveillance.

6:52 p.m., Disturbance loitering, Great Clips. Several transients were reportedly yelling at customers in front of Great Clips on Antelope Road.
6:59 p.m., Assault with a weapon, Misty Creek Dr. A caller was in the process of repossessing a 2013 Honda Civic when the owner of the Honda allegedly “rammed” the car into the caller’s vehicle. The caller also reported being hit by the driver and was “knocked” on top of the vehicle.
