March 3, 2016: Total of 48 incidents listed.
Incident categories of note: 20 disturbance-related (noise, verbal, loitering), 9 homeless-related, 5 assaults, 4 DUI-related, 3 reckless driving. Zero vehicle thefts or robberies listed.
12:19 a.m., Reckless driving, Sunrise Blvd. — A wrong way driver in a white BMW was reported driving northbound in the southbound lanes of Sunrise Boulevard near Madison Avenue, before turning onto Wildridge Drive., near Madison Avenue. Disposition listed: advised.
8:09 a.m., Homeless camp, Auburn Blvd. — A homeless camp with tents and “lot of property” was reported in the creek area directly behind the Ultimate Detail & Paint Restoration on Auburn Boulevard. Disposition listed: assisted.
12:10 p.m., Domestic violence, Shadow Ln. — A caller said two men had approached him and taken his prescription medications from his pocket while he was walking through the Autumn Ridge Apartment complex on Shadow Lane the day before. He said he felt threatened due to their size and said they were suspects from the theft his neighbor had reported the prior day (likely a medical marijuana theft listed on 3/2). The caller further stated that “the female resident of neighboring unit is assaulting her fiance.” He said the fiance had lifted his shirt the prior day and showed him bruise marks “that the female had caused.” He said the unit also has a lot of suspicious activity, likely drug-related. Disposition listed: assisted.
11:49 p.m., Noise disturbance, Dewey Dr. — A caller reported an ongoing problem with a resident “making a lot of noise in the backyard,” sounding like something being banged with a hammer. The caller said it was a frequent occurrence around midnight, occurring for about 30-40 minutes and then starting again. Disposition listed: advised.
